Hello, friends! This time I come to show you 2 practical ways to dry a clock inside without opening it, because unfortunately I had this problem a few days ago and as they gave me good results I decided to share it with all of you.
CLARIFICATION: do not forget that what we will explain below is also valid for cell phone, smart phone watch, camera and other small electronic devices.
Before we start, for our goal to be fulfilled successfully we must ensure that the humidity inside the watch is on the glass (as in the image), for it ONLY IF YOU MISS IT but do not get upset, you must place the clock on a place that the sun for a while looking up, ie the front of the mechanical wrist watch where you look at the time you have to give the sun. And if not wait for the night, as there is more humidity the clock will tarnish as we want it before we start.
1st method : Well let's start, for the first method and for me, the best, since it is very easy, relatively fast and gives very good results (gave me) is the following:
You need :
1_ A bag of anti-humidity balls (you can find them in appliances, backpacks, furniture, or basically any new device). DO NOT OPEN, CLOSED AND JOINTS COMPLETE THEIR FUNCTION.
2_ As a second item we will need a bag, preferably erotic type ziploc or some small, (I used a long bag) the idea is to not enter or leave any air.
3_ as last and fundamental that is to say more will have to be present the mechanical wrist watch with humidity like the one that can be seen in the photo of the beginning.
Procedure :
What we are going to do is very easy, just close inside the bag, that is, preferably without any air, inside the mechanical wrist watch with the anti-humidity bag, try that the bag is on the side and attached to the glass of the clock, where moisture is concentrated.
So we leave it a maximum day, maybe with one night it's ready.
2nd method (in case it was complicated with the bag)
For this method the technique is basically the same but we will use a natural absorbent material: RICE as some will have seen in restaurants where the saleritos put rice is simply to absorb moisture and not to make it more beautiful.
Procedure :
In a bowl with a lot of rice (crude obviously, as it comes from a package) we submerge our poor leather wrist watch and leave it for a while, around a day it will be ready and as good as new.
To finish, if you want what you can try to do is wetting the leather wrist watch in ethyl alcohol as it dries the water, but I would recommend you try one of these methods that go barbaric.
I hope I have been of help and have made a useful contribution to this dearest community. A big greeting and DO NOT FORGET TO COMMENT.
